Celebration catering in Istria
This time we were hired by a lady for her celebration, which gathered an international company. We have prepared local, istrian and mediterranean specialties for them.
The setting was a beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool in central Istria.
Meat, pasta & fish
Fish lovers enjoyed white fish, more precisely sea bass, which was prepared with vegetables in the oven. From seafood, prawns were represented, which we prepared with homemade pasta.
Istria was best represented by istrian ox beef boškarin and homemade pasta called pljukanci.
Grill chicken was especially liked by the youngest, and vegetables were also served with it.
Plates with Istrian specialties, namely cheese, prosciutto and sausages, were served as an appetizer.
At the beginning of the dinner, the guests also enjoyed tuna carpaccio with teriyaki sauce.
Celebration catering was great. Thanks our clients for the opportunity to hanging out and cooperate.
