It’s not every day that you serve catering in the most famous monument in Croatia: the beautiful Pula Arena. We have been honored several times already, and this time it was about catering for a martial arts event.
Spectacular FNC event
The task was to design a menu and prepare food for the visitors of the event. Specifically, it was about 100 guests in the VIP box of the spectacular FNC event.
Varied menu: from fish to rumpsteak
The menu had to be colorful in order to cover all the tastes and eating habits of the visitors. Meat predominated, but there were also fish, sandwiches…
Therefore, the menu included 100 bruschetta with meat tartar, mini rolls with rumpsteak, tortillas, sea bass…
Also, there were sandwiches with tuna, corn, cucumbers and mayonnaise. An indispensable part of every Istrian table, cheese and prosciutto were also available to visitors.
Last but not least, sweet tooth lovers enjoyed cheesecake with wild berries.
