The workshop in Vižinada was held as the third in a series of culinary educations “Show cooking – slow food” organized by the Tourist Board of the Municipality of Vižinada with the support of the County Administration for Tourism.
Cooking show: Istrian food with modern twist
As part of the event, we held a workshop where our head chef Deniz Zembo, together with his assistant Đorđo Nikolić, prepared 4 interesting dishes. They were enjoyed by about 20 visitors, including many famous people.
Everything took place in the recently renovated Maraston House Visitor Center, which is dedicated to the most interesting things from the heritage, history and present of Vižinada and its surroundings.
