Cooking classes are an absolute hit this season! We are slowly covering all continents with participants, and this time we were visited by a cheerful team from America, Germany and Israel.
It was not difficult for the participants to travel even from Plovania, where they were staying, and 6 of them thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the course.
Plant-based kitchen for beginners
The participants wanted to explore something new, so instead of our classic offer (meat, fish, pasta) they chose a vegan course. Our celebrated chef and host, Deniz Zembo, prepared homemade bread, various spreads and fake sarma for the participants.
The story continued with good food and wine, and the participants and the chef traveled all continents through gastronomy.
