It’s hard to explain how much tourists can be charmed by our cooking classes. This is especially the case for foodies, but also for ordinary people who simply like to eat well.
What people like most is that the experience is something completely different and not the same as a typical restaurant outing. In addition to trying local dishes, there is also the privilege of being taught about food by Deniz Zembo, a chef with global experience.
Foodies in action
Such an honor went to a group of 5 people who are real food lovers. They came to our course after going truffle hunting. The hours passed like minutes, and the food and atmosphere surpassed everything else.
Istria gourmet
They enjoyed Istrian pasta “pljukanci” with istrian ox beef “boškarin”. The story is rounded off with shrimp, which the happy group especially enjoyed. Did we forget to mention the excellent wine?
