We had a record number of private dinners in Istria this year. The demand is very high, people want new and unique experiences, and this is where private dinners fit perfectly.

Swedes in action
We were hired by a cheerful and numerous Swedish family. They made their mom happy, who celebrated 70. birthday with our private dinner.
3 courses and a cake
The dinner was opened by istrian specialties. The price included a selection of istrian cheeses, prosciutto and homemade sausage and local wine. This was followed by homemade pasta, known as pljukanci, with istrian ox beef.
The real gourmet food was the beef cheeks, which the guests truly enjoyed. Although guests can be skeptical, for the vast majority this specialty is the surprise of the evening.
The chocolate cake was great for a sweet ending to the evening.
The private chef service for our Swedes was pleasant and interesting. We really enjoyed their company.
