Did you know that local olive oil is considered best in the world? Have you heard about Istrian wine sort “malvazija”? Are you familiar with the fact that forest of Istria hide one of the most expensive white and black truffles? All of that you will try in our cooking classes.

Cooking class is the perfect combination of cooking and fun where, with the help of a professional chef, you can see first-hand how the locals live and eat.

Every class consist of a visit to a green market (fresh ingredients for meals), cookingwine and olive oil tasting, hanging out and enjoying what you cooked (3 meals: starters, main course, dessert) in relaxed atmosphere.

 

Availability: 365 day in a year

Suitability: couples, families (kids included), small and large groups…

Prior cooking knowledge: NO needed

Groups: intended for small groups (4-16), also possible for large groups of up to 30 people max.

Duration: 4 hours (you can choose from morning (10-14h) or afternoon (17-21h)

We can serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, tailored to your needs and wishes. You can rent a chef for 1 up to 7 days to cook in holiday home, villa or yacht. ABOUT THE CHEF
Deniz Zembo is one of the most recognized and awarded chefs in Croatia. He is a cooking enthusiast with 30 years of experience in gastronomy. The turning point was his stay in London, where he ran his own restaurant for years. After that experience, he brought first molecular gastronomy in Croatia with the famous restaurant "Le Mandrac" in Volosko. He cooks for numerous presidential delegations, and recently had the opportunity to cook for the Vatican and the Pope. He is loved by many because of his humor and friendliness.
