Private dinners are usually for 5 do 15 people, but we have opportunity to cook them for 45 people. Motive can be birthday celebration, anniversaries, gourmet experience or something else. Usually we cook for guests or owners in their holiday homes, villas and yachts in whole Istria and Croatia, but it can be also organised in restaurant in Pula.
Rent a chef offers a variety of cusines such as istrian, croatian, italian, asian or mediterranean. We can also accommodate to any special dietary requirments such as vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten free or kosher. All you have to do is ask and we will prepare the menu to satisfy your preference.

Deniz Zembo is one of the most recognized and awarded chefs in Croatia. He is a cooking enthusiast with 30 years of experience in gastronomy. The turning point was his stay in London, where he ran his own restaurant for years.
After that experience, he brought first molecular gastronomy in Croatia with the famous restaurant "Le Mandrac" in Volosko.
