Groups: 2 – 8 people
Duration: 4 hours
Place: Wine tasting, Amfiteatar Culinary Center, Restaurant or street food
Price: 110 euros (820 kuna) – all included (presentation, wine and cheese tasting, dinner)
Extras: transfer to Pula from other cities in Istria (Rovinj, Poreč, Umag, Novigrad, Labin).

SCHEDULE
18:00 – 18:30 – Welcome snack
18:30 - 19:15 - Wine tasting at local winery
19:30 – 20:30 – Pula walk tour
21:00 – 22:00 – Gourmet dinner by Deniz Zembo | We strive to make hosting great by combining a personal chef experience (service included) with restaurant quality cuisine.
Private dinners are usually for 5 do 15 people, but we have opportunity to cook them for 45 people. Motive can be birthday celebration, anniversaries, gourmet experience or something else. Usually we cook for guests or owners in their holiday homes in whole Istria, but it can be also organised in restaurant in Pula.
Rent a chef offers a variety of cusines such as istrian, croatian, italian, asian or mediterranean. We can also accommodate to any special dietary requirments such as vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten free or kosher. All you have to do is ask and we will prepare the menu to satisfy your preference.

ABOUT THE CHEF
Deniz Zembo worked and lived across the world. The biggest influence in his career was staying in London, where he perfected his craft and was running the restaurant for few years.
He is considered one of the most imaginative chef in Croatia, and his experience includes cooking for presidents, Vatican, celebreties and many more. Zembo is owner of Hotel Amfiteatar and co-author of Circle Diet application. | |
