We can serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, tailored to your needs and wishes. You can rent a chef for 1 up to 7 days to cook in holiday home, villa or yacht. Menu can consist of a local or international cousine, and it is possible to include special diet regimes (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, halal, koser) and child menus.

ABOUT THE CHEF

Deniz Zembo is one of the most recognized and awarded chefs in Croatia. He is a cooking enthusiast with 30 years of experience in gastronomy. The turning point was his stay in London, where he ran his own restaurant for years.

After that experience, he brought first molecular gastronomy in Croatia with the famous restaurant “Le Mandrac” in Volosko. He cooks for numerous presidential delegations, and recently had the opportunity to cook for the Vatican and the Pope. He is loved by many because of his humor and friendliness.

Every class consist of a visit to a green market (fresh ingredients for meals), cookingwine and olive oil tasting, hanging out and enjoying what you cooked (3 meals: starters, main course, dessert) in relaxed atmosphere.Join us on our guided food and wine tour in the ancient city of Pula. A local guide will take you to the local winemaker where you will hear a story about istrian wine. You will taste famous local wine sort "malvazija" and istrian delicacies. Before the dinner at Pula walk tour you will find out about istrian food, history and culture during the walk through 3000 years old town of Pula. Last but not least, the fantastic day will end with gourmet dinner. One of the most creative croatian chef Deniz Zembo will prepare meal just for you, which combinces best of local ingredients and modern techniques.Join us on our guided food, history and culture tour in the 3000 years old town of Pula. You will hear presentation about istrian food at Amfiteatar Culinary Center, where you will find out background story and taste local delicacies.
