We visited one of the few cities where we did not cook. It’s time to show Novigrad our culinary charms. We were hired by a cheerful team from Austria.
Private dinner in a holiday villa
As it usually goes, we do private dinners in holiday homes. Guests have the opportunity to experience a unique gourmet experience with a touch of privacy and exclusivity.
A beautiful villa with a swimming pool provided a fantastic setting for our meals and drinks that we prepared for our guests. The location was excellent since the villa is located in the very center of the city by the sea.
Istrian gourmet experience
We offered this team the best that beautiful Istria has to offer. Dinner started with local boards.
They featured the most famous Istrian specialties in the form of cheese, prosciutto, sausages, fruit and nuts… Dehydrated strawberries were an excellent addition.
Homemade istrian pasta “pljukanci” with prawns and sea bass were the revelation of the evening. Although we do not often prepare this specialty, guests are always pleasantly surprised.
Vegan meals
The vegan curry was an interesting combination and the guests enjoyed it. The starter was a vegan spread, and homemade pasta pljukanci with mushrooms was also served.
Desserts
Chocolate tart with ice cream closed this wonderful evening. Thank you to the host for a wonderful meeting and we look forward to some future caterings.
