The beginning of the day was not promising. In fact, even though it hadn’t rained for a month, it decided to fall on the day of the catering. It wouldn’t even be a problem if our clients didn’t have a boat trip.
However, the sun appeared quickly, so by the time our clients were due to set sail, everything was back to a classic hot summer day.
L’oreal yacht catering
We were hired by the L’Oreal company, which organized a boat trip for famous influencers. About 10 of them enjoyed the Pula Film Festival on a beautiful yacht in excellent company and food.
Small bites
Our clients ordered a combination of small snacks, street food and a sweet table. We welcomed them with salaries that were filled with the best istrian cheeses, prosciutto and sausages.
Young generations love burgers, so we have prepared various variants of this popular American food for them.
Salted ice cream, or tartar cones with meat and vegetables were a visually appealing combination.
As always, Istria was perfectly presented by homemade pasta pljukanci with the istrian ox beef boškarin. The menu also included grilled chicken and sandwiches with grilled vegetables.
A sweet table with a mix of desserts
This time too, nothing could go without sweet delicacies. Our pastry chef prepared fruit cups, tiramisu, creams in a glass, chocolate mousse, cream puffs, panacotta with raspberries, tartlets with vanilla cream and fresh fruit…
