The private lunch made our guests happy: we presented the best of istrian and mediterranean food

Regardless of where we hold a private lunch or dinner, we always like to present local cuisine. Sometimes it is in a traditional way, and other times in a modern way, depending on the wishes of the guests and the inspiration of our chefs.

This time we did a private lunch for our guests in a place located on the border of Istria and Kvarner.

Private lunch or dinner in Croatia

In the last few years, private catering engagements in apartments and holiday homes have become a regular occurrence. Although they are more common among tourists and foreign guests, more and more of our people celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, business collaborations, etc. in this way.

Our team of chefs prepare traditional (istrian, kvarner, slavonian, etc.) or international cuisine (Asian, American, Nordic, etc.) for a private lunch or dinner, depending on the wishes of the guests.

Guests with this gastronomic experience get comfort and privacy, bring restaurant cuisine to the comfort of their home (or accommodation). Although the idea is that such an experience is extremely expensive, it primarily depends on the menu and the number of courses, so prices per person start at 50 euros.

The food delighted the guests

The beginning of lunch was reserved for a warm appetizer. Homemade pea and celery soup pleasantly surprised our guests. This was followed by traditional istrian pasta. Namely, we served our guests pljukanci with istrian ox beef boškarin.

Octopus with potatoes and vegetables enriched with parsley oil and citrus emulsion delighted our hosts the most.
