Istria is also beautiful in winter. There are active tourist attractions even in February, which attracts guests from all over the world. This is best evidenced by the large company that gathered from various parts of Europe.

Buffet catering
At the request of the client, we prepared buffet catering with a selection of local dishes. There were about 20 guests at the celebration. We made a combination of small snacks and hot meals for them.
Istrian delicacies
Homemade Istrian pasta with fresh mushrooms intrigued the imagination of our guests. And indeed, they singled out that dish as something very tasty that they truly enjoyed.
For guests who like unusual tastes, we have prepared beef cheeks.
This specialty is often singled out by our guests as the dish with which they are most positively surprised.
Among the small bites, the guests selected a classic istrian dish. It is polenta with prawns that combines istrian and continental cuisine.
On the charcuterie board, we presented the best istrian foods, such as homemade cheese, prosciutto, olives…

Birthday party catering by Istria Cooking
Istria Cooking provides the service of organizing birthday party catering, which includes the preparation of food by a private chef in the form of meals and/or catering.
The chef prepares food in the space of your choice (apartment, holiday home, etc.), and the celebrants choose traditional and international dishes or specific diets (vegan, vegetarian, halal and gluten-free dishes).
In addition to food preparation, the celebration can also include service (e.g. waiters), equipment (e.g. cutlery) and special food and drink preparation (barbecue or pizza, cocktail preparation, food truck…) and music (karaoke, dj or bend).
