The young team chose beautiful Istria for their vacation. And that, the eastern coast of this beautiful region that was once unfairly neglected. The choice fell on the surroundings of Labin, and they decided to rent a large holiday house.

This luxurious building is located on the slope of the eastern coast of Istria. The house has a large yard and a swimming pool, but the most enchanting thing is the view of Kvarner.
Gourmet experience with local ingredients
Istria has excellent food products. We used them to create a superb gourmet experience that this company will remember for the rest of their lives.
The first dish we served was pea and celery soup. Our clients really enjoyed this appetizer. After the first successful meal, everything continued in that tone until the end of this beautiful evening.
One of our specialties that we are always happy to prepare are beef cheeks. This time we decided to make it a little more complicated, so we added teriyaki sauce and hydrated raspberries. The side dish was potatoes, and it seems to us that this dish was the favorite of the evening.
Dessert for the end
In the end, we decided on a classic but very tasty dessert. Pannacota with forest fruit coulis was the perfect end to this unique gourmet experience.
