Elegant and very cheerful ladies enjoyed a gourmet treat. It was a memorable day that lasted late into the night. They hired us for a private dinner while they are on vacation in Croatia.
The trend of private dinners is becoming more and more popular, and in this way guests get a unique foodie experience. The guest receives food as if from a restaurant in the intimacy of its era, i.e. accommodation for an affordable price.
Everything is included in the service, so the client does not even have to worry about cleaning and washing dishes.
Private dinner in Marcana
The place of action was Marčana, more precisely Loborika. We cooked in a beautiful vacation house that the ladies rented for their stay in Croatia. The house with a swimming pool with a nice garden was a great backdrop for cooking.
Gourmet experience in Istria
Ladies wanted a 3-course dinner with an emphasis on local specialties.
The company was ready to get to know local food, which always makes us happy. To begin with, the istrian charcuterie boards immediately pleased them visually.
They were full with the best products of what this beautiful region has to offer, namely prosciutto, cheese, sausages…
After the appetizers, they enjoyed seafood, and the menu included pasta with prawns. We continued in that tone since the main dish was sea bass with grilled vegetables.
At the end of the dinner, tiramisu was on the table of these wonderful ladies.
