Wedding in beautiful Istria
A Dutch man and an istrian woman are getting married in the summer of 2024. The wedding will take place in Belaj Castle, and will gather over 100 guests from different countries.
5 sequences to remember
The emphasis will be on meat specialties, but vegan and vegetarian dishes will be prepared for a couple of guests.
The first course is a cold appetizer with a plate of Istrian delicacies such as cheese, sausages, prosciutto…The warm appetizer is homemade pasta with istrian ox beef “boskarin”.
The main course is lamb and pork with side dishes.
The sweet table will consist of mixed cakes, cream in a glass and various sweets…
