We are known to like challenges and that no task is impossible for us, so we had to prove it this time. Although we often do charter catering on yachts, ships and planes, this time the task was a bit more challenging.
Catering on board for influencers
This time we worked for L’oreal, which hired famous croatian influencers.
The reason for all this was our most famous film festival “Pula Film Festival”, which is traditionally held every year in Pula.
About 10 selected influencers thus received a wonderful boat trip, where they could enjoy the beauty of Istria in addition to our specialties.
Canapes and finger food
Our clients ordered a combination of small bites, street food and a sweet table. We welcomed them with plates full of the best istrian cheeses, prosciutto and sausages.
Young generations love hamburgers, so we have prepared various variants of this popular american food for them.
“Salted ice cream”, or tartar cones with meat and vegetables, was a visually pleasing combination.
As always, Istria was perfectly presented by local, homemade pasta with ox beef boškarin. Grilled chicken and grilled vegetable sandwiches were also on the menu.
A sweet table with a mix of a desserts
This time too, nothing could go without sweet delicacies.
Our pastry chef prepared fruit cups, tiramisu, creams in a glass, chocolate mousse, cream puffs, panacotta with raspberries, tartlets with vanilla cream and fresh fruit…
