When the newlyweds agree on a menu with us, they usually come and try it before the wedding itself. That’s how it was this time too, when we prepared several dishes for a happy couple from two continents, Europe and Latin America.
Most often they choose dishes from our menu, but we are known for the fact that we can also prepare dishes of your choice.
Wedding in Istria
The newlyweds chose an exclusive place for the wedding venue, that is a castle surrounded with a beautiful nature. They would host around 100 people from all over the world.
Istrian and mediterranean food
The newlyweds wanted a special menu, with an emphasis on local, istrian and mediterranean specialties. For example, one of the istrian dishes on the menu is homemade pasta “pljukanci” with istrian ox beef.
They were also delighted with our version of risotto with prawns.
