We proudly did another catering for our artists! Until now, we had the opportunity to do catering for numerous domestic and international stars such as Dua Lipa, Simply Red, Arctic Monkeys, Tame Impala, Dino Merlin, Dubioza Kolektiv… However, we really enjoyed doing catering for Gibonni’s concert in the Pula Arena!
Over time, the Pula Arena became our home field, as we did a lot of catering for concerts, sports and corporate events, celebrations…
Gibonni in the Arena
Although we couldn’t enjoy it as if we were visitors at a concert, our team got to sing some of Gibonni’s songs along with the work. It was a night to remember, the fantastic Gibonni created a real musical and stage spectacle. Three hours of top music and art in the packed Arena passed in no time.
Small bites
Our task was to prepare small snacks for the organizers and Gibonni’s band. So we prepared over 100 small canapés and sandwiches. On the table were tomato mozzarella bruschette and tuna carpaccio, a mini sandwich with marinated anchovies, smoked tuna cubes, prosciutto and cheese, tomato mozzarella pesto sandwich, roast beef…
We prepared a lot of specialties, and we are glad that concert guests really enjoyed our small bites.
