Boat charter catering
This time it was the turn of charter catering for a boat trip to Rovinj. Although it is not the first time we have done catering on yachts, this time everything was a little different. We decided to do something different, especially presentation catering, and we are glad that those present were delighted.
Boat trip to Rovinj
A cheerful team booked a trip from Pula to Rovinj. We were hired to spice up this trip with food and drinks. Our team of chefs and waiters did their best to create an atmosphere that guests will remember for the rest of their lives.
From street food snacks to shrimp
The emphasis was on small bites, and we presented Istria with a selection of cheeses, prosciutto and homemade salami. We also made mini sandwiches that came in several varieties, namely meat, fish and vegan.
Guests especially enjoyed the mini burgers that brought a smile to their faces. Fish and seafood lovers found their satisfaction with octopus salad, sea bass and shrimp.
Homemade apple pie was the dessert, and those present also enjoyed the fruit salads with melons, grapes and peaches.
Bar with drinks and cocktails
Our bartender and cocktail master made sure that guests did not lack for refreshments in the form of drinks. Those present could enjoy wine, beer, champagne and cocktails, and the welcome drink was liqueurs.
