Girls from all over the world with an address in Austria chose Croatia for their vacation. They don’t want to think about cooking on vacation, so they hired the Istria Cooking team.

The house the girls rented in Vrsar really impressed us. It is definitely one of the more luxurious houses we have cooked in, and we were especially impressed by the exterior decoration of the house and with the pool.
Istrian and Mediterranean food
We cook dishes for clients according to their wishes, and the girls want to try local food.
For the appetizers, we chose foods from paradise for the girls, all the best that Istria has to offer. The best homemade cheese, prosciutto, Istrian sausages with rosemary and truffles, green and black olives…
We also served polenta with feta cheese, which delighted our guests. We surprised our girls with homemade liver pâté, and the girls really liked it.
Our team of chefs also served a selection of spreads, hummus and guacamole with homemade bread.
One of the main dishes was homemade pasta pljukanci with istrian ox beef boškarin. The girls liked the pasta, and according to their comments, the meat was soft and juicy.
For dessert, our pastry chef prepared fudge with forest fruit topping and vanilla ice cream.
