The leading European live band sensation came to visit us. In a break from performances at world festivals, and before the concert in the amphitheater in Pula, Dubioza Kolektiv stopped by for some gastronomic magic.
We continue our excellent collaboration with musicians, so after Simply Red, Tame Impale, the most famous regional band came to us.

Guys, simple as they are, they ordered a proven combination.
Homemade pasta with Istrian boškarin beef represented Istria. There were also grilled vegetables and, as sugar at the end, rump steak tagliatto.
