Join us on our guided food, history and culture tour in the 3000 years old town of Pula. You will hear presentation about istrian food at Amfiteatar Culinary Center, where you will find out background story and taste local delicacies.

A local guide will take you to the local green and fish market, where you will hear some local fishermen stories and taste some of the local delicacies.

Did you know that local olive oil is considered best in the world? Have you heard about Istrian wine sort “malvazija”? Are you familiar with the fact that forest of Istria hide one of the most expensive white and black truffles? All of that you will try at Pula Food Tour.

Last but not least, the fantastic day will end with gourmet dinner. One of the most creative croatian chef Deniz Zembo will prepare meal just for you, which combinces best of local ingredients and modern techniques.

Price: 110 euros (820 kuna) – all included (presentation, wine and cheese tasting, dinner)

Extras: transfer from to Pula from other cities in Istria (Rovinj, Poreč, Umag, Novigrad, Labin).

10:30 – 11:45 – Pula green market (olive oil, honey, fruit & vegetables…)

12:00 – 12:45 – Pula walk tour

13:00 – 14:00 – Gourmet lunch by Deniz Zembo
