We very often do catering for birthday celebrations. However, this time we did catering for our old clients. We are particularly satisfied that the cooperation has continued for many years.

And this time we tried to prepare something new to surprise our dear friends. The task was to prepare food for about 15 guests. We decided on a combination of hot dishes and small snacks.
Istrian charcuterie board
To begin with, we decided to delight the guests with homemade delicacies. The best of Istria has gathered cheese, prosciutto, sausages, olive oil, pepperoni, nuts and fresh fruit in one place.
Small bites
Tartar cones always pleasantly surprise our guests with their presentation. This time we prepared them in two versions: meat and fish.
Polenta with prawns is another snack in which we have combined tradition and innovation.
Hot meals
Homemade pasta pljukanci with ox beef boškarin was one of the dishes we prepared for the birthday guests.
For true gourmets, we did not want to leave out seafood. So the choice fell on the octopus, which always leaves an impression on the guests.
