A private dinner can be a true gourmet experience. If you are in Istria, it is also a good way to explore the local cuisine. A beautiful family celebrating a birthday brought company from all over the world and hired us for catering.
Private dinner in a vacation home
The client hired us to prepare finger food and meals in courses for over 40 people. They chose a magical vacation house with a swimming pool and fantastic nature and greenery, which was the perfect backdrop for this event.
On our part, this required a big team which included chefs, waiters, servers, bartenders and pastry chefs.
The company was from all over the world, from a couple of continents, so that required the menu to be a diverse.
Meat & fish, barbecue, vegans…
This private dinner experience had 4 courses, that is hot and cold appetizer, grill and dessert. For most of the guests, the meat and fish menu prevailed.
We also prepared vegan, halal and gluten-free dishes for some of the guests.
Seafood and fish included shrimp and sea bass with grilled vegetables. The meat specialties delighted our guests, and some of them were ramsteak, beef cheeks.
