Today we did something different. Although we often cook outside, it’s usually private dinners, and now it was a private lunch.
This time we cooked for the Ban family, which represents the continuity of a long-standing collaboration.
As always, the menu was rich and varied. The combination of great dishes and champagne with top chef Deniz Zembo is a recipe to remember.
