Istria Cooking adapts menu to the wishes of the newlyweds, and we can offer traditional (istrian, continental, mediterranean..) and international dishes and cuisine (asian, nordic, french). Also, specific diets are represented, so we make vegan, vegetarian, halal and gluten-free dishes.
We can provide a full catering service that, in addition to food, may include service (waiters, bartenders…) and decorations.
We worked all over Croatia and the Balkans, and lately our work has been recognized more widely, so we did catering in France, Germany, Italy…

For catering, we usually do finger food, canapés and croatian plates (cheese, prosciutto, sausages…), depending on your wishes.
On the other hand, we also do meals in courses, and you can choose the menu. Some of the most common dishes include rumpsteak tagliatta, octopus, homemade istrian pasta “pljukanci” with ox beef boškarin, risotto with prawns, greek and caesar salad, burgers, tortillas, sushi, pizza napoletana, beef cheeks, sea bass (locally known as brancin ), seafood delicacies, tuna, squids, slavonian čobanac…
