For our wedding, we thought that the wedding dinner would start with tuna carpaccio.
Sea bass in “skartoc” with vegetables was a dish intended for lovers of good fish.
Homemade pasta “pljukanci” with istrian ox beef is a dish that always delights the attendees, so pasta with meat is next in line.
A real treat for gourmets were beef cheeks, a specialty that few people remain indifferent to.
Vegetarians are also in for a treat, they will enjoy fake sunflower seed meatballs.
