Another wonderful private dinner is behind us. We really enjoyed the richness of flavors considering that we prepared a lot of different dishes.
We were hired by a family on the occasion of a family celebration.
They chose Istria for their vacation and decided to treat themselves to a private dinner.
Private dining experience
Our task was to prepare a private dinner in 3 courses. The team chose a meat menu and we also had 2 fish lovers for whom we prepared interesting delicacies.
In addition to food and wine, we also took care of dessert and table decorations.
Meat and fish menu
The star of the evening was definitely the beef cheeks. This time we prepared them with a side of grilled vegetables. Apart from the taste, the guests were surprised by the softness and juiciness of the meat.
For the appetizer, we served a combination of Istrian delicacies. That’s how prosciutto, cheese, salami ended up on the plate…
The second appetizer was carpaccio, and we decided on the tuna and cuttlefish one.
The evening could not pass without white fish, so we prepared sea bass. It is prepared in a special way with the addition of grilled vegetables.
For dessert we prepared chocolate fudge. For an unforgettable taste, we added fermented strawberry, vanilla ice cream and forest fruit coulis.
