Buffet catering for a bachelorette party
A group of girls from the interior of Croatia wanted finger food and a hot buffet.

We opted for hot dishes prepare two types of dishes. One that we associate with istria, homemade pasta pljukanci with istrian ox beef boškarin and the other, turkey roll with grilled vegetables.
Finger food – from tuna and prawns to burgers
The girls had lots of little snacks and bites. Tuna cubes with teriyaki sauce and polenta with prawns delighted fish and seafood lovers. Burgers with beef patties and vegetables were also included in this catering.
Foccacia with mortadella delighted fans of italian cuisine.

For this occasion, we have prepared princess donuts, fruit cakes with vanilla cream and berries, ferrero roll, schwarzwald roll, tiramisu in a glass, strawberry with whipped cream…
