Rovinj is a spectacle in itself! In addition, we cooked in the most luxurious holiday house so far. In the center of this beautiful town is a truly impressive villa.

In such an environment, it was not difficult to cook dinner for a small group from America, more precisely from the vicinity of New York. The task was to prepare local specialties with an emphasis on istrian food.
The team chose Istria for their gourmet stay, and tokomodmora also visited numerous wineries throughout this beautiful region.

The Istrian version of the charcuterie board was on the menu as an appetizer. It featured the best of local producers of cheese, prosciutto, homemade sausages…
As the main course, we served homemade pljukansa pasta with istrian ox beef. The guests were surprised by the juiciness of the meat, which is tougher by nature. They also liked the homemade pasta.
For dessert, a complete surprise, chocolate fudge with ice cream, toppings and forest fruit coulis.
