Gastronomic delicacies in Pula
The choice fell on a combination of street food and Istrian food. A plate with Istrian delicacies opened the birthday story. Cheese, prosciutto, olives presented our region at its best.
The logical continuation of birthday catering was homemade pasta with istrian ox beef.
This was followed by slightly more modern variants such as polenta with prawns, tartar in cones and finally octopus.
