Lately we have been doing a lot of private dinners. They are most often done on the occasion of birthdays, and are equally popular among locals and tourists.
We usually do them on houses, apartments and holiday villas, and we can do the exclusive ones on castles, islands, yachts, private planes…
Private dinner in Pula
This time we were hired by a family from Pula in their home. It was a celebration of the child’s first birthday, and on this occasion there were about 20 guests.
A combination of Istrian delicacies and street food
The dinner was opened by the guests with bites of Istrian delicacies in the form of cheese, prosciutto and homemade sausages.
Guests were served canapés with pea spread, mozzarella and tomato. Also, a traditional Istrian dish, pljukanci with boškarin, was served.
Lovers of street food got their way in the form of burgers and tortillas. Healthy food was represented through two varieties of chicken salad.
The children especially enjoyed the chicken nuggets and fries.
Sweet table
Lately, a sweet table is indispensable at celebrations. This time we prepared raffaello cubes, tiramisu in a glass, Viennese cubes, choco mousse, princess donuts and poppy seeds for the guests.
