We had another birthday party in a row! It reminded us once again why we love our job. Everything went great, and the client thanked us for the great food and service.
Birthday party in Svetvinčent
The occasion of the gathering was the celebration of the 30th birthday. The client hired us for catering and service. The setting was a beautiful villa or holiday house in Svetvinčenat.
Delights on a plate
The celebrant set a slightly more difficult task before us. The desire was a slightly more sophisticated menu with several gourmet delicacies. Sandwiches with boškarin and vegetables, Istrian sausages, a selection of gourmet cheeses and a mixed salad were served as a cold appetizer.
A traditional istrian dish, homemade pasta “pljukanci” with istrian ox beef “boškarin” with a special sauce, proved to be a real hit.
Meat lovers could enjoy the main dish, rump steak tagliatta. The side dish was potatoes with grilled vegetables.
Sugar at the end
What’s a birthday party without a little something sweet? None, so we made sure that the celebrants enjoyed 6 types of cakes.
They were sacher muffins, tiramisu in a glass, donut princess, rum balls, fruit baskets and schwarzwald dice.
