It was a pleasure for us to do catering for a great company from Austria. We enjoyed a couple of days cooking for a pleasant company that in the end we were sorry to leave.
Namely, young Austrians hired us to cook for them during their stay in Croatia in a luxury villa.
In particular, for a couple of days we prepared breakfast and dinner for them as part of the rent a chef service, and for that we earned long applause several times.
Rent a chef experience
More and more people decide to try a different gourmet experience on vacation.
Instead of going to different restaurants with a rent a chef service, they bring the restaurant to the comfort of their accommodation, usually a holiday home, villa or apartment.
Of course, privacy is a big advantage and you can adjust everything to your needs and schedule (serving time, menu, etc.).
Don’t worry about food on vacation
As part of the rent-a-chef service, a professional chef prepares meals of the client’s choice during their vacation.
In addition to preparation, the food is served to them by the waiter, the table is decorated and, of course, the team cleans everything up at the end.
We are able to serve all meals (breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner) and clients can choose from traditional to international meals and cuisine.
Breakfast and dinner for Austrians
Our clients opted for a classic breakfast, while the dinner was focused on mediterranean specialties, barbecue and some fine dining dishes.
For breakfast, we served them scrambled eggs, omelets, croissants, pancakes, plates with istrian products (cheese selections, prosciutto, sausages), fruit, granola bowls…
For dinner, they enjoyed real specialties such as octopus, beef cheeks, home made pasta pljukanci with istrian ox beef…
