After a lot of catering, receptions, private dinners and VIP orders, a slightly different challenge has arrived! It was a birthday celebration in Pula.
From meat to fish
The task was to organize catering for 25 people for the company Polo North on the occasion of a birthday celebration.
The birthday catering menu was varied with an emphasis on meat specialties. It included spittoons with boškarin, sausages, prosciutto, grilled vegetables, chicken, beef, tartare and other side dishes.
