After we did catering in the Roman amphitheater, private plane, yacht, it was time for a luxury ship.
We always like challenges like this, even though we mostly do more “ordinary” catering, such as holiday homes, apartments, concerts, sports and cultural events, weddings…
Sailing to Rovinj
The setting was beautiful Istria. We started from Pula, and romantic Rovinj was the final destination. We were lucky that the weather served us, so the passengers could truly enjoy the sea, gastronomic magic and the view.
Boat charter catering: from brugers to shrimps
It was diverse for me. At first glance, the colorful fruit dominated. The ice, which was the basis for the entire menu on that beautiful day, stood out even more.
The guests were looking for classic catering, with small bites, and they preferred street food.
So mini burgers, octopus salad, shrimps, sandwiches with meat and homemade salami were on the table. For dessert was an apple strudel.
There was no shortage of good drops, so champagne and liqueurs found their place on the table.
It’s no wonder that sailing and socializing lasted longer, and the guests took home unforgettable memories from Croatia.
