We have been tied to a small town in the center of Istria for some time. It was interesting to follow the renovation of the medieval castle of Morosini and Grimani.
Therefore, we are especially glad that we were invited to do catering in the newly opened fortress.
Birthday catering in Istria
Famous names and faces could be seen at the birthday celebration. Some of them are colleagues from gastronomy, so we were happy to respond.
The entertainment was great, and the good atmosphere was maintained by the local band. About 50 people present could enjoy the ambient, food and music.
A mix of specialties
The menu had a little bit of everything. Tartar cones visually attracted the most attention. Snacks with homemade spreads delighted the attendees with their taste. Everything was in a healthy tone, so the salad was indispensable.
