We love Dubrovnik, so we couldn’t refuse the invitation to the Good food festival. One of the activities was a themed dinner at the famous Dubrovnik restaurant Magellan.

Saturday was reserved for top Istrian specialties and delicacies. One of the most imaginative chefs in Croatia – Deniz Zembo – was in charge for private dining event.
4 courses of delicacies on private dining event
Salted cones filled with sea bass tartare were served as a cold appetizer. The warm appetizer was tuna with beetroot emulsion and microgreens.
The second appetizer was an Istrian donut filled with minced meat from istrian ox beef boškarin.
A real delicacy was found for the main course, which is Istrian boškarin cheeks with truffles and celery puree.
A little food, a little music
The performance of the musician Nevi Končić gave a special touch to the four-course Istrian evening with premium Istrian wines.
