It is an indescribable pleasure to see the smiles on people’s faces as a result of what you do. Just this week, one such situation happened, and it was about a cooking class in Pula.
A group of Americans traveling by boat came to Pula, Istria. They contacted us at the last minute to organize a cooking class for them.
Cooking class for large groups
The challenge was not at all easy, because it involved 43 people. On the other hand, our culinary classes are usually for smaller groups of 4-10 people. However, due to our extensive experience in organizing various events, we adapted to our guests and made them a day to remember.
We divided them into 2 groups and took them on a journey through Istria through local cuisine.
From gnocchi to a delicious dessert
In the two hours they had at their disposal, the Americans enjoyed preparing and cooking food, tasting, presenting and tasting wine.
Everything took place in a relaxed atmosphere with lots of laughter and enthusiasm.
With the guidance of famous chef Deniz Zembo, they prepared a typical istrian dish, gnocchi with boškarina. The vegan version was gnocchi with mushrooms. There is always a good wine drop, so red wine was tasted.
The sugar at the end was an apple pie.
