We are always happy to accept challenges! Sometimes it’s cooking on a boat or a castle, preparing fine dining specialties, catering for world stars, and this time it was the preparation of exclusively plant-based dishes.
A happy company contacted us to organize a post wedding gathering. Namely, 50 guests planned to have a wedding celebration, that is post wedding brunch.
They contacted us because we are one of the few in Croatia that can create a completely vegan and/or vegetarian menu.
Vegan and vegetarian specialties
So our cookbook for plant-based dishes could be really creative. She decided to prepare a combination of hot dishes and street food snacks with her team.
What always delights our guests are sunflower seed rolls. Due to its great gastronomic value, non-vegans also like to try this dish.
We also prepared a vegan curry that satisfied the palate of our guests.

The rest of the menu was small bites mostly inspired with street food.
Vegan versions of burgers and tortillas pleased the younger crowd the most. Pizza once again found its way to the hearts of our guests, and for this occasion we made a pizza romana.
Post wedding brunch was amazing. We look forward to working together again with this great people.
