More and more people decide to celebrate their birthdays in rented holiday homes. In this way, they get privacy and the opportunity to extend the celebration for several days.
Our client was celebrating her 30th birthday, and she hired us for the catering service.
Istrian food in a modern way
The desire of our clients was domestic specialties presented in a sophisticated way. We added a touch of exclusivity and innovation to classic Istrian dishes.
Meat specialties
The emphasis was on the meat specialties that our guests prefer. Homemade pasta with istrian ox beef presented Istria in the best way. For the sauce, we decided on smoked chlorophyll, which gave the dish a touch of freshness.
We also prepared rump steak tagliata for our foodies.
The young crowd liked the street food specialties in the form of burgers and sandwiches.

We also presented the best of what Istria has to offer in small bites. We served the best cheeses, sausages and prosciutto with addition of fruit and nuts.

Our pastry chef prepared 6 types of desserts. The guests enjoyed muffins, tiramisu in a glass, donut princess, rum balls, fruit baskets and schwarzwald dice.
