We have another private dinner behind us. In the last 5 years, private dinners have become very popular. Namely, people are looking for different, personalized and unique experiences that they will not experience every day. They are a real hit among foreigners, but they are increasingly loved by domestic guests and locals.
Instead of going to a traditional restaurant, people are increasingly choosing to experience something new. We are usually hired for private dinners for some reason, and most often it is a birthday or an anniversary celebration.
Private dinner in Istria
Most often, Germans and British people decide for private dinners, and this time it was the latter. A married couple from England decided to organize a birthday party for Rita’s parents.
Birthday party in Pula
The setting was Pula, that is, a luxury apartment in the city center. They decided on a 4-course dinner, and 7 guests were present.
They expressed their desire to have istrian specialties on the appetizer menu, i.e. plata with prosciutto, olive oil, cheese… The second dish was spuds with oysters. The third course was chicken with grilled vegetables and polenta. Sugar always comes at the end, so this time it was the popular bloody berry, i.e. forest fruit cake.
The family thanked us for our specialties during and after dinner, and here we thank them for their friendliness and simplicity.
