The concept of private birthday dinner
Private birthday celebrations involve the engagement of a private chef who will prepare meals in a couple of courses and/or catering for guests in an intimate atmosphere, usually in a holiday home or apartment.
Table and interior decorations
Celebrations often include decorations, which can be minimal, in the form of a dining table, up to decorating the entire celebration interior.
Show must go on
Of course, private dinners to celebrate birthdays can also be extended to a party, which can include karaoke, a DJ or a band.
Number of guests
Birthday celebrations can be within the immediate family, so they can have 5-10 participants, and they often gather extended family, friends or business associates, so their number can exceed 50 people.
Choice of food
Clients themselves choose the food they want at a private dinner. As a rule, the choice falls on dishes in courses. Most often, it consists of 3-5 courses, and as a rule, a hot and cold appetizer, main course and cake are included.
More and more often, clients also demand dessert tables that include a selection of several types of cakes.
Sometimes, due to the concept of the celebration, the celebrants choose catering, a buffet table, etc. instead of meals in courses.
