Rent a chef in Istria
We are able to provide you with 1 or more meals a day including breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have pre-prepared menus, but each client can order us to prepare other dishes that he likes.
Clients usually hire us for cooking for 1-7 days. For example, one of the last gigs was cooking 2 meals (breakfast and dinner) in a holiday home for 3 days.
Local and international cuisine
Our team of chefs can prepare local and international cuisine for you. We often prepare special diets for our clients, i.e. vegan and vegetarian dishes, gluten free, lactose free…
From street food and small snacks to pizza and fine dining
Most often, clients ask us to prepare meals for them in several courses. There are usually 3-4 courses, and guests like istrian and mediterranean food the most.
Sometimes young people ask for the addition of street food such as burgers and tortillas, and of course we also have menus for children.
We must not forget fish and seafood specialties such as fish, octopus, shrimp, prawns, lobster and squid.
Recently, pop up pizza concept have become more and more popular. Pizza master prepares them on the spot for the hosts.
Sweet table
Lately, sweet tables have become very popular. Our pastry chef can prepare a mix of different cakes, cream in a glass, princess donuts, tiramisu, muffins, brownies, mono portions…
Drinks and cocktails
In addition to food, clients often hire us for drinks as well. This usually includes wines, beer, liquers and juices. We also often make cocktails.
Our head chef
Deniz Zembo is one of the most recognized and awarded chefs in Croatia. He is a cooking enthusiast with 30 years of experience in gastronomy. The turning point was his stay in London, where he ran his own restaurant for years.
After that experience, he brought first molecular gastronomy in Croatia with the famous restaurant “Le Mandrac” in Volosko. He had cooked for numerous presidential delegations and music stars. He is loved by many because of his humor and friendliness.
