Another catering is behind us! He was especially dear to us because we have been working with these clients for many years. This time they hired us for a birthday celebration.
Birthday celebration in Istria
The location was Pula, the largest city in Istria. The setting was a beautiful family home. The celebration gathered about 20 people, and our task was to prepare food and drinks. We also took care of the drinks, bar, interior and table decorations and staff.
From meat to fish specialties
Our hosts are true gourmets, so menu was reflecting that spirit. The combination of meat and fish with some specialties would satisfy even the most demanding.
Steak tartare was one of the winners of the night.
A sea bass fillet followed in his footsteps, so even fish lovers could enjoy this specialty.
The “visual presentation award”, as often happens at our caterings, was carried off by the tartar cones. They came in 3 variants, namely meat, fish and vegetables and definitely took the attention of the celebrants.
For lovers of healthier and less caloric snacks, our chefs have prepared bruschette with vegetables and salad.
Istria was best represented by the homemade pasta pljukanci with istrian ox beef boškarin.
Beef cheeks were served as a specialty, which were a delicious bite for those present.
