Although we have organized catering and snacks for various events in the Pula Arena, this was our first martial arts event.
The FNC event was truly spectacular, with fighters from several countries in front of several thousand people and an impressive scenography.
This is a continuation of the cooperation with the Istrian martial arts scene, with which we recently held the first event. It was also about snacks for the participants of the fight event.
Snacks for VIP participants
For the event in roman Amphitheatar, the task was to provide snacks for the VIP lodge for around 100 people. The menu was diverse, and the food was meaty and higher in calories, adapted to the visitors.
It included mini pastries with rumpsteak, bruschetta with meat tartare, tortillas, various sandwiches, Istrian plate, cheesecake with forest fruits…
