It was fun to go back to school and reminisce about our own high school memories. We got the opportunity thanks to the professor who followed our work and hired us for his celebration.
Celebration catering
The setting was a high school, more precisely a gymnasium. Thus, we continue our long-term cooperation in catering with numerous educational institutions, from high schools, colleges to universities.
Professor given us the task of preparing small snacks for about 70 people, guest at his celebration. We did a combination of small bites, finger food and canapes, and the emphasis was on istrian and mediterranean specialties.
Small bites
Guests enjoyed several types of small snacks. One of the dishes was the famous istrian boards. We always prepare them with the best homemade cheese, prosciutto, sausages, fruits such as grapes and nuts…
There were many snacks on the menu such as bruschetta with mozzarella and tomatoes and pea spread.
Meat lovers got their way with istrian pastrami, which was a real little delicacy.
The star of the day was tuna cubes served with vegetables, i.e. tomatoes and cucumber.
Who doesn’t like a pizza? Those present also enjoyed Romana pizza, known for its crumbly and thin dough.
