It’s not every day that you get the chance to create a gastronomic product that will leave its mark on an entire city. This was exactly the task we received from the City of Rovinj.
A unique gastronomic souvenir
The intention was to create an exclusive souvenir, whereby tourists will take a piece of Rovinj with them all over the world. Colleagues from Atelier Ecostyle created chocolates and chocolates, and we were in charge of craft ice cream.
Istrian ice cream
Our head chef Deniz Zembo designed craft ice cream from Rovinj’s gianduja. Also, a vegan version of the ice cream of the same name was made.
The intention was to replicate today’s interpretation of that ice cream, which means without the use of foods of animal origin, without gluten.
Istria Cooking
Istria Cooking offers you probably the best way to get to know beautiful Istria, and that is through gastronomy. In addition to seeing how the locals live, you will discover that this region has the best olive oil in the world, as well as fantastic wine, cheese and truffles.
